Passed after a long, courageous battle on January 7, 2012 at the age of 54 years. Beloved husband and best friend of 30 years to Sherry (nee Lepain). Cherished father of Christopher Panella and fiancée Paige, and Tiffany Panella. Dearest son of Maria and the late Andre Panella (2004) and son-in-law of William and Shirley Lepain. Loving brother of Cathy and husband Rick Beaudin, Luc Panella and Pauline, Joey Panella, and brother-in-law of Tim and wife Pauline Lepain, Kathy wife of the late Chris Lepain (2007), Billy and wife Michelle Lepain, Lisa and husband Mike Gallant. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Renato's great sense of humour, his laugh will always be remembered as will his great love for family, his friends, his 69AMX, the fishing guys, his band 24/40 and was a proud member of the Shakers Car Club. Renato loved his career at St. Clair College, many of his colleagues became his friends. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Essex Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
