It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and nonno on October 21, 2012 at 81 years of age. Survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years, Lois (nee Jacobs). Loving father of Brenda & Mike Stamp, Roberto & Karen Andreatta, and Monica & Graham Rogers. Cherished nonno of Allison, Lia, Joseph Renzo, and Sam. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Rina Andreatta. Dearest brother of Imelda & Agostino Basso, and Flavio. Loving brother-in-law of the late Bonnie, Melvin and Paul Jacobs; Gary (Nancy), Linda Johnston (Brian), Ron (Alida), Don (Dianne), Phyllis Jacobs and Vivianna Andreatta. Special zio of Marylise (Ruben), Vanessa and Valerie and many nieces and nephews. Renzo was a proud member of the Fogolar Furlan Club. He was a talented bricklayer and poet. He received the Bepo Franzel literary award in 2006 for his poetry about life in his beloved country of birth, Italy and his home, Canada.
