Died peacefully on January 16, 2012 at 93 years of age. Cherished husband of 64 years to Armida (nee Minello). Beloved father of Ann (Gary), Carmen (Jim), Theresa (Michael), Michael (Carole). Loving nonno of Jesse, Emily, Katie and Alex. Dear brother of Clorie Wylde. Joe retired from Bendix after more than 30 years of service. He was a veteran of WWII serving with the Canadian Forces. Joe lived a good life and was devoted to his family. He was proud of his home, took great care of his landscaping and vegetable garden. His favourite past time was watching the Maple Leafs in front of a roaring fire with his trusted dog Murphy.
