62 years on November 9, 2009 at his home after a short illness. Loved brother of Bill & wife Heather. Dear uncle of Corie & husband Bryan Petryshyn and Carley & husband Brian Van der Pryt and great uncle of Noah, Gabrielle and Layla. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and Irene. Rick was a retired high school teacher who taught in the Ottawa Valley for many years.
