Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on January 23, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Loving mother to George and wife Colleen Bulley, the late Karen Carr (2002), Richard Bulley, the late Don Bulley (2002). Cherished grandma to Chris, Melissa and husband Mike, Kim and husband Chris, Jacquie, Kristen and husband Andrew, D.J. and great-grandma to Mercadyz, Erin, Connor, Michael, Kaedence, Kaelee, Keegan, Brandon and Caleigh. Rosina was a retired employee with Veteran's Cab and was a special "chauffeur" to the many children delivering them safely to and from school over the years.
