Passed away peacefully on September 18, 2012 at the age of 74 years. Former wife and friend to Charles Owchar. Loving mother to Dawn Rigby, Cheryl and Anthony Larmour Brian and Rhonda Owchar, Kevin and Robin Owchar. Precious gramma to Christine and Scott Walker, Eric Sokolowski, Matthew Rigby, Aaron, Aleshia Owchar, Amber Fields, Sydney, Shane Owchar. Ruth is re-united with her beloved parents Frederick and Elizabeth Woods and her sisters and brother. Beloved sister to Lila Wager. Ruth Ann will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and her constant canine companion Sydney.
