Sherry Lynn Voinaroski

Voinaroski, Sherry Lynn

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of our daughter Sherry Lynn, at home, on September 20, 2003 at 39 years of age. She was a constant joy and never lost her sense of humour during her illness. Beloved daughter of Pearl and Bill. Cherished sister of Angela Marie and Mike Safranyos. Loving aunt to Sabrina Ashley Safranyos. Dear granddaughter of Helen and the late Steve (1998) Chiro, Leontina and the late Trion (1984) Voinaroski. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Dear friend of Mary Ann and Bill Hotson, Pat and Margaret Williams. Special thanks to Teresa Andari for your constant kindness, Vera Schmaltz of Alberta for your wisdom and laughter, Gerri and Reese Much of North Little Rock, Arkansas for all your letters and cards. Our sincere gratitude to Dr. Michael Irwin for the wonderful care he provided to Sherry. Our thanks to Chris Brocoy, R.N.for his compassion and guidance during this difficult time in our lives. Cathy Nguyen, R.N. of Bayshore Healthcare, her nurse and dear friend, for her loving care. Sherry loved to travel by motorhome in the summer and to Sanibel Island, a magical place for her, in the winter. She touched the hearts of all who met her. Music was a source of great joy to her. Thank you Sabrina, my beautiful niece, for always making me laugh and singing to me, my dear sister Angela and brother-in-law Mike for always being part of my life. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Down's Syndrome Parent Association would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Monday 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. & Tuesday 2-4 and 6:30-8:30 p.m. Prayers Tuesday 7:30 p.m. at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel Inc. (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Avenue. Please note: On Wednesday, family and friends are requested to meet at Assumption Church (350 Huron Church Road) for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Heavenly Rest Cemetery. We will miss you our Special Angel and are grateful for the years we had with you.
