On January 11, 2001 at the age of 75 years. Formerly of Versa Care Windsor Place. Beloved husband of Anne Owen and the late Mary Keeney (1982). Loving father of Catherine Owen and David Foden, David and Joan Owen, Evelyn and Ken Israel. Dear step-father of Lionel and Shirley Rouillard, Carmel and David Habbitz. Cherished grandfather of seven grandchildren. Dear brother of Eilleen and George Lee. Stephen was a former employee of the City of Windsor. If you so desire donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
