Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 14, 2013 at the age of 71 years. Loving husband to Joanne (nee Dallaire). Father to Carolyn Bechard (Ken), Tom Packwood (René). Loving and proud Papa to Mackenzie and Madison. Son of the late Henry and Rose Packwood. Brother to Donald (late June), late Percy husband to Dorothy, late Doreen wife to Saverio Riccardi, Diane and Richard Bechard and Terry Packwood. Son-in-law to the late John and Gladys Dallaire. Brother-in-law to Gloria and Bill Renaud, Rose Dallaire, Rita and Bill Beaton, Theresa and Dave Corchis, John and Kathryn Dallaire. Tom will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Tom's love of family both immediate and extended was evident throughout his whole life. Tom was instrumental in organizing a long-running G.M. Transmission Christmas Program for underprivileged children in Windsor. He was a great "SANTA". Tom will also be remembered for the many GM Transmission Sweepers' Parties at Knapps Park.
