Treasured mother of Carlito Joves (Sofie), Rolando Joves (Carmen), Anchita (Roberto Ibon), Rebecca (Ernie Calpito), Ronaldo Joves and predeceased by Virginia (Marcelino Malabanan) and Rodolfo Jr. Loved lola of Gilbert Joves (Pam), Girlie (Gary Bryan), Stephanie, Steven, Geoffrey, Grace, Jovy, Marievie, Marvin, MaryMae, Jello, Jecco, Angel, Adrian, Shannon, Joseph. Dear great lola 12 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Jose Arosa (Prosy), Aneceto Arosa, and predeceased by Domingo Santos (late wife Clara), Rogelio Arosa (Tessie). Will be missed by several other close family members in Canada and the Phillipines and especially by her canine friends Rodney and Toby. Victoria was a very religious and faithful person. She was an outstanding cook, loving to prepare delicious meals for her family.
