On February 3, 2001 at 80 years of age. Beloved husband of Mary Jackson. Loving father of Eleanor and husband Robert Lowrie, David and wife Susan Jackson, Lori and husband Jacques Senechal, Charles Jackson, Heather and husband Michael Barber and the late Richard Jackson. Cherished grandfather of Jamie, Shannon, Ryan, Matthew, Karen, Darrell and Brianna. Dear brother of the late John and wife Shirley Jackson and the late Donald Jackson. Brother-in-law of Dolly. Also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews. Walter was retired from the Windsor Star after 36 years of service. If you so desire, donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Cremation services were held. Friends are invited to join the family on Wednesday after 1:00PM followed by a Memorial Service celebrating Walter's life 2:00PM at Families First Funeral Home (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Avenue
