Debra McCormick-Dunn sadly announces the passing of her beloved husband Wally, on November 17, 2012 at home. Son of Juliette and the late Charles Dunn. Brother of Richard and Maureen, Connie Hind and Fred, Judy Kavanaugh and Steve. Son-in-law of Dena and the late William McCormick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Retired Business Manager of Labourers Local#625. Also served on Board of Directors: Unemployed Help Centre, Windsor District Labour Council, Executive and Delegate of Ontario Provincial District Council LIUNA, Labour Sponsored Community Development Group, United Way and Hospice. Wally was the 2005 Recipient of the Charlie Brooks Award. Also a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br#143 and the Riverside Sportsman Club. Special thanks to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre, VON and Hospice for their compassionate care. Donations to the United Way or Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated. Cremation was held. Memorial Visitation Tuesday from 7-9 p.m., Wednesday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m., Thursday 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11:30 a.m. at FAMILIES FIRST 1065 LAUZON RD. East Windsor (519-969-5841).
