Wayne's personal anthem came to an end after a four year battle with Multiple Myeloma on Monday, January 9, 2012 at the age of 66 years. Sending him on his way are his loving wife of 45 years Doreen Cornwall, and his children Ryan (Bettina Spiller), Redding California, Margo (John) Moore, LaSalle, Julie (Christian) Robinson, Sudbury, Ontario. Proud to call him Papa are grandchildren Jenny, Eric, Bryce and Chase. These four little children brought so much delight to Wayne's life in the past six years. Wayne had a very special relationship with his brothers Bob (Joan) Cornwall and Neil (Marilyn) Cornwall. Very special uncle to his many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law to Margaret (Barry) Bray, Grimsby, Ontario, Jim (Jan) Swanson, Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Lyn (Robert) O'Donnell, Cambridge, Ontario. Born December 12 1945, Wayne's passion for music was fulfilled from the age of 14 playing the organ for many local churches including St. Philips Anglican Church, St. John's Anglican Church, St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Glenwood United Church and finished his organ music career at St. Mary's Anglican Church being organist and choir director for 23 years. Wayne will be remembered for his special gift of music, his love for his family, his humour and the gentle, kind soul that he was. Wayne had a long career at Zalev Bros. Ltd. and finished his career in 2005 at Russell A. Farrow Ltd. A very special thanks to Dr. Carolyn Hamm who helped him through the four year battle as well as Dr. Schneider, Dr. Kanjeekal and all the other oncologists.
