Peacefully on January 18, 2013 at 86 years of age surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband and best friend of Doreen (nee Menzies) for 63 years. Predeceased by his parents Mark and Ellen Barclay and his siblings Norman, Irene and Lillian. Loving father of Sue and Bill Stephens, Nancy French, and Carol and Mark Gubinski. Treasured grandfather of Kelly, Alison, Christopher, Chelsea, Jenny, David and Laurel. Loving great-grandfather of Logan, Matthew, Katie and Michela. Wilf was a true "family man." He was loved by his family and his many friends and was a faithful member of St. Barnabas Anglican Church for over 50 years. Wilf was the owner of Menzies Appliances in Windsor for many years. If you so desire, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Sunday 3-5pm and 7-9pm with a Veteran's Memorial Service under the auspices of Windsor Veteran's Memorial Service Committee on Sunday at 7:00pm.
