My mom was always a loving and caring mom who taught me so much.  Her nurturing guidance carried me through life and helped to shape me into the person I am today. My mom was always there for me and never stopped loving me even through my teenage years. In her latter years while she was livng at Sun Parlor we spent our time together sitting outdoors or traveling through the neighbourhood.  My mom in her wheelchair and me pushing her. We both enjoyed this very much. It allowed us to spend quality time together away from the every day lfe in the Nursing Home.  We would be gone for hours talking, mostly me and her listening.  She enjoyed looking at the houses and the flowers.  My mom also enjoyed when we would drive through Point Pelee or when we spent time down at the city marina watching the boats and the Leamington Ferry.  As time went on and she was sleeping more we would sit in the courtyard and enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of a summer day.  I will miss those days, but will always have those cherished memories tucked inside my heart.  You were the best mother ever and I thank you for always being there.
