I couldn't believe Scott passed when Sam told me. He was a good friend to everyone he came in contact with. The 4 muskateers lost one of there own. Sam, Chris and Steve my heart goes out to the three of you guys. You all had your differences but if one of you were in trouble the other three were there no matter what. You guys were closer then brothers ever could be. Scott we're going to miss your laugh, your compassion, and your sense of adventure. You had a heart of gold and would give the shirt of your back to anyone in need. So long buddy, i'm proud to call you my friend. I'm just sorry I didn't say it more often. R.I.P. Scott We will always remember you in our hearts and we will always love you!

My God, I couldn't believe it when I heard the news. Missy I'm so sorry for your loss. Scott and I go way back to our days at Victoria. He was always laughing and joking around. He always wanted to race my Mustang when he got his Grand National, he loved that car. I have so many fond memories growing up together in our old neighborhood. My prayers go our to you my friend and to your family. Kosta Zioutis

It is with a sad heart that I send condolences to Scott's family and friends. I met Scott about 8 months ago. He was always friendly and very busy building his retirement home on lake Tomiko. Many days when he returned from working at Tomiko he would chat about his progress and show the plans for his future home. He was looking forward to sitting on his deck and drinking his coffee each morning and then going fishing, he enjoyed fishing, he was good at it too. I will remember Scott as well, for taking the time to say hello and make our grandson smile. It was my pleasure to have Scott. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to your family and friends. Dearest Scott...where do I begin...you came into our lives at the best and worst of times. You taught me courage and reminded me that life is about choices so to choose wisely. I remind myself of this advice every morning. You made me laugh when I was down, and grateful for what I have. Our sunny afternoons on your boat and late night coffee chats will forever be in my memory. Your funny texts and silly emails will help keep your memory alive. You will be missed my friend, you passed way too soon we had many memories left to share. Wish we had longer...life is a mystery... Love "Queen of the Dragonflies" and Booger":)

Dear Scott, you were always special, from the time you arrived on this planet -and even before, when your parents announced a baby was expected!- to Aunt Alice's Birthday cake on your first Bday which was soon smudged over your face, to the day when I was privileged to become your Godmother along with your Uncle Stanley as Godfather. Then, Edouard and I were thrilled to have you and your extended family share our wedding day and that's when your character impressed Edouard for the first time. Undoubtedly, you, Missy, Edouard and I were never closer than when we shared time with your loving Mom in her final hours. You have been a sincere friend and gentle man of character. You chose the most precious emails to send our way. We are devastated, left stunned, by your unexpected tragic accident. The assurance we hold is that you are at peace and you will always be in our hearts. To you, dear Missy, Tim, Mackie and folks of the MacInnis-Bell extended family, our love and appreciation for all the memories we've shared. God bless and keep you. Love Edouard & Joy
