My condolences to the Winkup family. I knew Al when I worked for the City Clerk's Dept. He was a pleasure to work with. A kind and quiet man, always helpful to his co-workers and well respected by them. May you be comforted by the many good memories you share with each other during this sad time.

Susan, we are sorry for your loss but are glad that the suffering of your dad has ended. We won't be at the service on Saturday but will be thinking of you and your family. We will see you when you return to Toronto.

Words could never describe how I feel about the loss of such a great friend. Al was a very special person, who gave me confidence in anything I tried that was new, and shared his knowlege with a smile. My deepest sympathy goes out to Bernise, Rich and the entire Winkup famiy.
