Kate and family....my deepest condolences for the passing of your mom. She was a super wonderful lady and a dear friend. I'll always cherish my memories of our friendship and times of helping her at Teutonia with the girls' dance group. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time.

Our deepest condolences to each and everyone of you. As you may know Anna held a special place in our family's heart with a lifelong friendship to my mother specifically that will forever be cherished. Losing a loved one is not an easy time however please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are all blessed to have known her.

I first met Oma shortly before Christmas, at the Izsak family house in Cambridge. Kristin and I had just started dating and it was my first time meeting the whole family; her Parents, Brother, Sister, and of course Oma! From the first moment I met her, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, like part of the family, which I will forever be grateful for. She shared photos from her travels and stories of all the places she had been, of the friends and social engagements she kept and while she spoke, her passion for life and the love for her friends and family was so evident.

It’s not hard to see why so many people were close to her and counted her as a friend, and why she was such a fixture in her family and her community.

I didn’t have the chance to know Oma as well as, or for as long as many of the other people in her life, but I’m grateful for all the warm memories from times spent together, for her example of a life well lived, and I’m so happy that Harriet had a chance to meet her.

We have known Anna for almost fifty years, first as a neighbour and then as a dear friend and remember her as a loving, caring, generous lady, always willing to help others in so many ways. She will be missed by all. Sincere sympathy to all the family.
