My first year as a teacher was at Monarch S. S. in 1976/77. Bill was one of my first students. Over thirty years you often wonder where these fine young people go and how their lives turn out. In the late 1990’s I also taught Bill’s son, Chris, at Century S. S. and you could clearly see the family resemblance. Chris was also a quiet young man. Today I share my condolences with the entire Koutis family. I have never forgotten Bill ... May his memory live on within all of his family.
