Joyce, our thoughts are with you and your family in your loss of Moe. From the time I got to know Moe through the Development commission, he and I had many good conversations over the years about our common connections in Merlin and Tilbury East and Romney townships. Joyce Shelly, Chris and family - so sorry to read of Moe's passing and it still brings a smile to my face as I remember standing in some farmer's field or a ditch in Essex County with Moe yelling at me that I wasn't holding the rod correctly for him to read it.
