86 years on September 30, 2008 with her family by her side after a brief illness. Survived by daughters Bev & Joe Santarossa, Judie & Doug Field, Patricia & Allan Scharton, Roxann & Larry Armstrong and Valerie Moes. Loving gramma of Jeff, Joe, Tony, Todd, Robin, Sally, Matt, Wayne, Roxy, David and the late Ryan. Great gramma of 9 grandchildren. Dear sister of Shirley Faubert, Doris Powell and George Fryer. Predeceased by her siblings Jack, Eva, Harold and Georgina. She will be sadly missed by her dear friends Anna, Susie, Dolores, Lillian, Norma and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. "Gramma B" will be lovingly remembered for her big heart, spunk and her love of the colour red. In lieu of flowers, donations made to Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital would be appreciated by the family. At Edie's request, cremation has taken place. On Friday, family and friends are invited to gather at 6:30 pm followed by a celebration of Edie's life at 7:30 pm at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (519-969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave.
