I was very sad to see the notice about Betsy in the Calgary Herald. Terry, I wish I could find the right words to say, but I hope you know how much we all respect you and Betsy as individuals and as a couple. I know that you were devoted to each other, and I remember her as a warm, friendly and caring person and a beautiful woman. I am truly sorry that you and she had to go through this so young, and my thoughts are with you.

We are very shocked and saddened to hear of "Betsy's" passing, many memories crossed my mind this weekend, memories of the old homestead, Betsy's quiet demeanor, but lively sense of humor, how much the family dog "Topper" use to take to Betsy.
