I’m so sorry to hear this news. Mr. & Mrs. Burnette filled my childhood with happy memories. I can still hear Mrs. Burnette’s giggle, and see the twinkle in Mr. Burnette’s eyes. From rides in the beautiful white Cadillac Convertible, to afternoons spent playing in the pool in Russell Woods with my brothers. Stephanie, Matt, Kirk, Tom, Megan and Courtney - thank you for sharing your grandparents with us, when ours were miles away. One highlight of our holidays was getting to spend Christmas Eve with all of you. (Mrs. Burnette’s shortbread crescent cookies were my favourite!) I have the glasses (made by Jeff) that they gave to me as a wedding present prominently displayed in my kitchen. I think of you all often, and fondly. You will always feel like family to me. ❤️

So Sorry for your loss. I have wonderful memories of both your Mom & Dad. Wonderful family. Every time I hear green green grass of home I think of Gord. They were the Kensington Court dancers. May they rest in peace together.
