Peacefully, on October 8, 2018 at 87 years of age. Beloved husband of 63 years to Elizabeth (nee Keil). Loving father of Dr. Randy Schumacher & wife Beth and Helga Reidel & husband Rolf. Cherished Opa of Eric & wife Jennifer, Alexander, Evan Reidel, and Stephen Schumacher. Predeceased by parents and his 12 siblings. Dear brother-in-law of the late Helmut Keil, survived by wife Christine and Kathy Schmidt & husband the late Martin. Treasured Uncle to Edna Glass and Karin Sonnenberg of Kitchener. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephew in Germany.
