Quilt of Valour
I am deeply saddened to read of Mr. Chapman's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him and his family on the evening in which I had the great honor of presenting Mr. Chapman with his Quilt of Valour. I know that it was a very special recognition for him and it was equally special for me to witness and be a part of that memory for him and his family.
May you rest now in peace Sir with our good Lord... A Hero amongst all the others that have gone before you.
