James Thomson

Passed away peacefully. Formerly of Dumbarton, Scotland. Beloved husband of the late Agnes. Loving father of Ian and wife Kathleen, Derek, and Scott. Loving grandfather of Mackenzie and husband Alex. Dear brother of Jacqueline and the late Jean. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in the UK. James was a proud member of the Scottish Club of Windsor, an avid dart player, and golfer, and will be missed by all his friends, including his friends of AA.

For those who wish, donations may be made to the Windsor & Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation.

At James’ request, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Families First, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841. Due to the pandemic, a Celebration of James’ Life will be held at a later date.

My sincere condolences to Jim's family. I used to enjoy talking to him at Co an Park where he would be with Blue. He had lots of great stories and was a good man.

JIm was a loving and caring man. I remember visiting him at Scott's house and he always had a smile and a story. It was an honour to know him. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Jim.
