Passed away suddenly after a brief illness on October 24, 2008 at 47 years of age. Beloved husband and best friend of Susan (nee Berger). Loving father of Melissa Gagnon. Cherished son of Jean and the late John (1988) MacEachern. Loving brother of Lila and Harry Bissonnette. Loving son-in-law of Margaret Berger & Allan Dupuis and Walter Berger. Brother-in-law of Peter and Diahanne Berger. Special uncle of Sherri-Lynn and Terra Bissonnette, Brandon and Devon Berger. He will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers and his special canine companion Kayda. Jay had a special place in his heart for Pelee Island and will be sadly missed by the many special friends he made there. He was an avid NASCAR fan, especially Tony Stewart, and had a love for his Indian Motorcycle. He was an employee of T.R.W. and a longtime member of the C.A.W. Jay was also the proud owner of J.M. Dimensions. A member of the R.C Legion Branch #594 and a dedicated past employee and volunteer of the United Way. If you so desire, donations to the United Way of Windsor would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to Dr. Peer and staff of the 6th floor at Metropolitan Hospital.
