On April 21, 2002 at 81 years of age. Beloved husband of Doris (nee McCarthy), with whom he celebrated 54 years of marriage on April 17 of this year. Loving father of Jo-Ann and husband Michael Higgins, Joan and husband Jim O'Neill, Jane Ouellette and friend Dan. Treasured Grandpa of Scott, and Valerie Higgins, Lindsay O'Neill, Jessica, and Adam Ouellette. Dearest brother of the late Edmond, the late Raymond, the late Frank, and twin brother of Bernard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joseph retired from Canada Customs in 1975. He was a veteran of WWII and served with the RCAF as a Bombardier, he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #594 and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4386 South Windsor.
