Lucy was born February 25, 1915 in London, Ontario to John and Mabel Grace (Broom) Tout. She passed away April 21, 2012 at Chateau Park LTC Home in Windsor, Ontario after 97 years of service to her Lord and the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Lucy is predeceased in death by her husband, William, on May 3, 1967, and her son, Michael, on May 30, 1991. Surviving are her son, William (Sharon Bolton) of Perrysburg, Ohio, and grandson Jeff (Rindy), Matt and Brian (Gina). She also leaves 8 great-grandchildren; Justin, Logan, Brynn, Benjamin, Mary, Jackson, Lindsey and Korey. Lucy served for many years as the Windsor Seventh-Day Adventist Church treasurer and worked in adult education programs promoting literacy and tutored adults in her home and was involved in inmate visitation at the Windsor Jail. She lives on Elm Ave. and in Windsor for over 60 years. If you so desire, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Tuesday 3-5pm and 7-9pm.
