I have had the pleasure of knowing Leona for over fourty years. John and Leona were good friends of my parents, Max and Lillian Mousseau. A typical visit from John and Leona would always include the latest funny story.

My mother was a member  of Leona's Mystery Tour group for many years. When my mother died in a car accident in 1998, Leona was the first person to contact our family. She came to the house and over several days cooked meals, organized things and provided much needed comfort and support.

I kept in touch with Leona over the years and aways enjoyed hearing about her latest travels, including the trips she took with her group and those arranged with her family.

Rest in Peace Leona, and thank you for your friendship.
