Passed away peacefully on September 18, 2019 at 78 years of age surrounded by his family after a courageous battle. Beloved husband of Patricia (Pat) for 55 years. Loving father of Chris (Ruth) and Sharon (Colin). Proud grandfather of Melissa, Adam, Mark, Matthew, Madison and Jacob. Great grandfather of Kairi, Aveah and Evelyn. Brother of the late Anthony (Lorraine), Michael (Ruth). Special brother of the late Leo O`Hara (Lois). Will be missed dearly by many relatives and friends. Norm enjoyed many years of retirement from General Chemical. Special Thanks to Dr. Johnston, the nurses and staff on 5N at WRH along with the many doctors and nurses that provided care to Norm at WRH and Erie Shores Hospital, Dr Bergeron and the staff at Hospice along with the LHIN. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Leighl, Yolande and the Princess Margaret Hospital Mesothelioma team for all your compassionate care provided to Norm during his illness.
