On October 20, 2010, surrounded by her loving family, our dear mother passed away.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Herbert (1980). Cherished mother of Lynn Fleming of Windsor, Shi Packwood of Mississauga, Stewart and wife Presile Fleming of Windsor, Bob and wife Sue Fleming of Tecumseh, and Susan Fleming of Uxbridge. Loving grandmother of Gregory Packwood; Jesse and Joseph Fleming; and Derek and Connor Fleming. Loving sister of Betty and Alan Witt of Burlington. Sister-in-law of Dr. Karl and Helen Fleming of Cambridge, Joyce Fleming of London, and Joan Louis of Montreal. Predeceased by her parents John "Jack" and Lenore O'Connell, her mother and father-in-law William and Winifred Fleming, brothers Douglas and John O'Connell, sisters-in-law Marjorie Fleming, and Gladys O'Connell, and brothers-in-law Patrick Fleming and Don Louis. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Patricia was a Sears Canada retiree. She was an avid Bridge player with the St. James Bridge Club and a golfer in the Roseland Women's League. She also loved singing with the 9 a.m. Corpus Christi Choir. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Regional Hospital Western Campus Chronic Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
