My family moved to the neighbourhood in 1978 and I fondly remember many days waving at Mr. Geier while he sat on his front porch. I left Windsor in 1993 and returned in 2006. While visiting my Mom, I noticed there had been many changes in the neighbourhood since I moved away. However, it was very comforting to see Mr. Geier sitting on his front porch. He waved at me just like old times! Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Mr. Geier. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
