Passed away peacefully with her son Chris and daughter-in-law Carrie holding her hands at 79 years of age. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Joseph Ford (September 2018). Loving and devoted mother to her son Chris (Carrie Potter) and predeceased by her son Dan (Sue). Step-mother to Steven (Teri). Loving grandmother to Jasmine, Natasha and Mariah, Christopher Jr., Amelia and Jessica. Great-grandmother to Oliver Daniel. Step-grandmother to Tim and Wade. Step-great grandmother to Nadia and Sebastian. Dearest sister to Gloria Riberdy of Chatham. Predeceased by her parents Aldia and Arthur Tremblay. Predeceased by her brothers Ordo (Connie), Lionel, Norman, Eugene, Maurice, Pete (Shirley) and her sister Mildred Lacounte. Dear sister-in-law to Jean, Leona, Doreen and Johnny. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States.

Pauline enjoyed bingo with a passion along with quilting, reading and doing word find puzzle books. Pauline retired from Sears Canada with over 25 years of service.
