The benchmark
There is no question Shawn was great at art and drawing, even from an early age. I don't know if he knew it, but I considered him the benchmark when it came to drawing in school. In grade school and through highschool, I would look to his work and compare it to my own, hoping it measured up. Thanks for being such an inspiration!
