Tom, I always thought that you were the man of the Class of '59 at St. Ambrose. One of the smartest among us, a great sense of humor, and wonderful attitude about life -- with its bumps and trials. Rest in peace my friend! Bernie

Dear Julie and Family, I am very sad of the death of Tom. He was a great friend and a very concern man. We would often talk about about our post polio problems and what it was like as a child being in the same hospital in Detroit. He always had a positive attitude and smile! I will miss him very much. Tom was a great uncle who will be dearly missed. While growing up on Lakewood, Tom was always warm, caring and interested in what was going on in our lives. Tom was a very giving man who never asked or expected anything in return.
