Snooker King

I was 10 years old when I had the HONOUR of meeting Wayne Porter (Errol). My Father Gus and His business partner Nick owned Capital Billiards, which was under the Capital Theatre Movie complex at that time, and playing Snooker was my Pool Hero Wayne Porter. He was hands down the Best Snooker Player around and there he was playing the Game he loved at my Fathers Pool Room. Durring my teen years Wayne became my teacher and mentor on the Snooker Table and we played for hours every day until I hit my 20s and the end of my ambition for a future in Snooker. I had the pleasue of having Wayne as my friend for 33 of my 43 years. I must say I've meet some darn Great people in that pool room and Wayne Porter (along with his Brother Dana) Remain my Most favorite People in life and I am who I am today because of his friendship and I will miss Wayne Dearly. That's my Story of a good man and I'm blessed in having the privilege of knowing Him.
