Dear Mrs. Millican, I'm very sorry to hear about Mr. Millican's death. I don't know what to write, what to say, Mr. Millican was very special to me. He always had time for me and my constant questions. We shared a love of history, of Canada and he helped to inform and educate me on Canada's role during the war. His stories of his time spent in the Canadian Army were of constant amazement and total admiration for what he helped to achieve in North Africa and Europe. I don't know what else to write, there are so many things that come to me sitting here thinking of Wes. I can see his smiling face and clearly hear his laugh and this is how I will always remember Wes Millican..... With Deepest Sympathies, Carl & Christine Twigg
