Dear Penny & Family, I have come to know Billy thru work as an acquaintance and business associate. He became much more than just a vendor very quickly. His charm, devotion and commitment he put forth in all he did showed how much he loved people. He would go the extra mile to help anyone even though it may cause extra work or hardship for him. I have grown to love him as a family member and enjoyed every minute of our time together although they were few and far between. I will never forget our trip driving to Bristol and all the stories he and I shared. I have been blessed to have Billy come into my life and he will truly be missed. My interest was already waning, but I will now be even less interested.
