Memories of the cottage
It is a story that has been retold many times and each time gets a chuckle!! When Mr . Iovino and Rocco tipped their canoe in about 4 feet of water. Mr. Iovino in his mid-70's at the time and an avid swimmer, and Rocco almost 30 years younger- and NOT a swimmer! When they reached the shore, Mr. Iovino walked away with a smile on his face, enjoying life, having just had the best canoe ride ever! Rocco needed a bit of time to shake it off.
