I will fondly remember Hughie as a very sweet and gentle man who was always smiling. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

To the Fulford Family I'm sorry to hear of his passing. I knew Hugh from working at Windsor Police. He was always a true gentleman. He is remembered with fondness.

Hugh Fulford was a 'nice guy' in every sense of the word. In later years on Windsor Police he was in the Youth Bureau and took that job seriously, making every attempt to make a difference and help the youth of our community. I've known Hugh throughout most of my childhood. He was very close friends with my mother and step-father who he worked with at Windsor Police. It's a very sad time when you lose such a special individual. You will be missed Hugh!
