Dearest John and Girls. I cannot believe it has been a year already. I know you can. I will always remember Sue's smile and bubbly personality. She was always so outgoing and happy. I attribute that to you John, and your girls. You could see the love between you so vividly. I am proud to have know Sue and miss her. She will always watch over you. You remain in our prayers.

John and family:
Please accept our condolences. I'm sorry we could not be there for the visitation. As you know, Sue and I spoke recently. It confirmed for me again how special she was. God bless you and yours.

Our deepest condolences to Sue's family. She was a shining light at Odette, offering guidance and support, and at times a shoulder to cry on during difficult times. She was a second mom to us all, and we will never forget her how greatly she impacted our lives during the MBA program. Her radiant and positive attitude was a gift that not many people in this world have and we were so lucky to have known her.

We love you Sue!

On behalf of the MBA Class of 2020, we wish to express our sincerest condolences to Sue's family. She was such a vital part of the MBA program - known as the mom of the MBA students. Although many of us hadn't got the chance to get to know her just yet, she left a mark on all of our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time.

Words fail... But memories come to mind. I worked with Sue in caring for her graduate student recruits. She had a great sense of humor, and on those rare occasions things went amiss, her eyes would convey, with a glint of mischief, what she was thinking while she nevertheless diplomatically handled the situation. She was a fun colleague who exercised patience in breaking in the likes of me, at the time a newly minted academic administrator. The School of Business was clearly not just a job to her - she really fought for her students. While we couldn't always agree on the best way forward, there was a mutual respect and a willingness to serve that helped her cherished programs to flourish: Sue was a large part of creating success for the graduate programs at Odette, and she was a large part of what made the university an interesting and fun place to work.

We have fond memories of our camping escapades and our children playing together. Wonderful times. Sue was one in a million.
